1. HIV Sure will send you a notification of acceptance and supply you with a quotation according to your request.
   
2. You will be contacted by phone for an explanation of the quote and to answer all questions.
   
3. The application needs to be completed, signed and sent back to us by the applicant.

4. HIV Sure will contact you in regards to the medical requirements for the contract and to schedule an appointment with a doctor and/or a pathologist.
   
5. After processing, medical results will be sent back to us and the contract and contract premiums will be adjusted accordingly.
   
6. The applicant's signature is required for acceptance of the finalized contract conditions and premiums before activation of the policy.

Insurance cover, according to the policy, is provided for as long as the premium is paid. The contract pays out if any of the insured events take place.

HIV Sure strives for customer satisfaction. If unsatisfied after receiving the contract, a thirty-day cool of period is available in which the contract can be terminated.
